Ok... here goes. I'll call this "Day 1", even though I've been experimenting with different routines and possible "diets" for about a month. Today, though, I officially committed to the 365 days. So, here I go... the journey begins.
I've stuck to my calorie goals today. So hard, as I'm so hungry. Hoping that I can teach my stomach that it has enough so it can stop yelling at me now.
I find that eating out is easier. Anyone else feel that? The nutrition info is posted right there and it is all pre-packaged for you. Taco Bell- 2 Chicken Soft Tacos- 380 calories. Done. Easy.
BUT at home, it is a LOT of work! Measuring every ounce and teaspoon of anything you put in your dish... UGH! Yes, I can control it down to the nth degree, but that is a headache.
So here is my challenge... What do you throw together that is easy, low-calorie and yummy? I'm looking for REAL food, too, not magazine food that you can only find in specialty markets if you want to pay a ton.
